Located at Singapore Tuas Biomedical Park, the manufacturing facilities of MSD Singapore  comprise of a bulk active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) plant and a pharmaceutical formulation plant. The API plant is a flexible and multi-product operation capable of producing various APIs including etoricoxib and montelukast sodium. The pharmaceutical formulation plant is a  tableting operation with a planned product combining simvastatin and ezetimibe.

Merck & Co., Inc. also has established a local sales and marketing subsidiary in Singapore known as Merck Sharp & Dohme (I.A.) Corp.
